Why is the packaging inside wet? The packaging may be wet because we test the unit by connecting the water supply and power supply before it leaves the factory, which may leave residual water. However, it does not affect the use of the unit.

Why is there no hot water when I turn on the tap? Hot water requires some waiting time, depending on the distance between your water heater installation location and the outlet point.

What are the advantages of a tankless water heater? 1. Energy and money savings 2. Longer service life 3. Less space occupation 4. Continuous and endless hot water

Does it come with an exhaust pipe? The item does not come with an exhaust pipe included. You can choose to purchase one separately if needed.

Is there an altitude limit? We do not recommend installing the water heater above 2000 feet.
