The Gasland 3.60 GPM Propane Water Heater is rated at 3.60 GPM and operates at 90,000 BTUs. It is equipped with 1/2" NPT incoming and outgoing water connections, designed to be compatible with most standard size plumbing. Additionally, a 3" stainless steel exhaust pipe is required for installation.

Safety is a top priority with the Gasland Water Heater, as it comes with multiple safety features including built-in freeze protection, an overheat cutoff fuse, outlet thermistors to monitor temperatures, and a built-in flame sensor. In the event that the water temperature falls below 41°F, the heater will automatically start heating to prevent freeze damage with power on.

The precise temperature control of the Gasland Water Heater allows for a temperature difference of the water to be controlled within ±1°F. This is achieved through the calculation and control of the heating power 10,000 times per second by the chip.

The Gasland 12-inch gas cooktop features 2 high efficiency sealed burners, including a 5,000 BTU semi-rapid burner and a 6,500 BTU rapid burner. These powerful burners can meet a variety of cooking requirements efficiently.

For added safety, the cooktop includes a thermocouple flame-out failure device system (FFD) that will automatically shut off the gas if a flame is not detected. The cooktop is ETL certified for use in the US and Canada, and includes a CSA certified gas pressure regulator.
