Tankless 18L Propane Gas Water Heater

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: The heater exchanger and main burner of this unit adopt advanced energy-saving and combustion technology, resulting in a high efficient energy-saving design with a torque range of 3-3.5 N.m. This not only decreases gas consumption but also reduces burning noise. Additionally, the water control linkage valve enables low water-pressured startup, making it suitable for areas with water shortages or high stairs.

For safety measures, the unit is equipped with manifold auto protection and Ion flame inspection features. The Ion flame inspection automatically shuts down gas power in the event of an unexpected flameout, while the manifold auto protection function decreases pressure under excessive high water pressure. The controller design allows for proper control of both cold and warm water.

The unit boasts a magnificent thin-shaped appearance designed with modern fashionable lines. With a capacity of 18L/min (4.8Gal) and dimensions of 13.4"(L) x 5"(W) x 25.6"(H), it produces warm water at a rate of 25 degrees. The cover material is Cold Rolled Sheet, and it is designed for use with LPG Liquid Petroleum Gas (PROPANE). The thermal input is 36KW, with a working temperature range of -8-45℃ and a temperature rise of 25℃. The thermal efficiency is ≥80.8%.

Other features include minimum working water pressure of 0.025MPa, gas pressure of 2800Pa, vent type 4.3" Flue Duct, G 1/2" gas pipe, and G1/2'' water inlet and outlet. The unit is equipped with an automatic ignition system, Flame failure protection device, and over heating and pressure safeguards. It also has a 20 min. off self-timer function.

Certified with ISO 9001:2000, the heater has a net weight of 8.5KG and does not require mains power. It operates on DC3V, with automatic electric ignition powered by two (2) size 'D' batteries (not included), eliminating the need for electrical hook up or a standing pilot. For optimal performance, it is recommended to release any residual water in the unit during cold weather to prevent freezing and tank cracking.
