Gasland's 3.60 GPM Propane Water Heater is rated at 3.60 GPM with 90,000 BTUs, featuring 1/2" NPT incoming and outgoing water connections for compatibility with most standard size plumbing. A 3" stainless steel exhaust pipe is required for installation.

This water heater comes equipped with multiple safety features as standard, including built-in freeze protection, an overheat cutoff fuse, outlet thermistors to monitor temperatures, and a built-in flame sensor. When the water temperature falls below 41°F, it will start heating to prevent freeze damage with the power on.

The LED digital display screen on this GASLAND propane indoor tankless water heater, along with a 110/120-volt UL listed 5 feet power cord, allows for easy adjustment and viewing of the output water temperature. Bright indicator lights show water flow, fan, and flame detection, as well as advanced error code technology for quick diagnosis.

Benefiting from precise temperature control within ±1°F, the heating power is calculated and controlled by the chip 10000 times per second. The primary heat exchanger is built from oxygen-free copper, providing better heat transfer than stainless steel and increased resistance against corrosion, ensuring durability and cost savings.

Equipped with a DC variable frequency fan, this water heater is wind-resistant and can withstand Category 10 typhoons, avoiding safety hazards like backflow and flameout in extreme weather conditions. The space-saving design of GASLAND tankless water heaters, with a convenient wall mount option, offers flexibility compared to traditional tank water heaters. The product dimension is 12.59" W x 19.88" H.

For installation, ensure this propane gas water heater is placed in a well-ventilated area and follow local building and plumbing codes with the help of licensed professionals. It is not recommended for use above 2000 feet above sea level.
